For commercial properties, we’ll often bring a qualified electrician or plumber to ensure that the respective systems are safe and up to par with current building standards. But most importantly, we work as a team with our clients—supporting you every step of the way.
- We invite the home buyer or seller to attend their inspection, facilitating an opportunity for you to learn about a home by directly observing the inspection process
- After your inspection report has been delivered, you’re more than welcome to contact us with any questions—even weeks or months later. We accept phone calls daily until 9 p.m.
- Evening and weekend appointments are available by request for your convenience
